terms

What is included

• —Access to the full studio space for the booked time slot.
• —Available props and equipment as listed on the studio page.
• —Basic lighting setup. Additional lighting equipment available on request.
• —Changing area and mirror.
• —Wi-Fi access.

Booking & payment

• —Rental is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or agreed deposit.
• —Time slots are fixed — the rental starts and ends at the agreed times.
• —Overtime is charged at the standard hourly rate and must be agreed in advance when possible.
• —Pricing is listed on the Photo Studio page. Discounts for regular bookings are available — ask us.

Cancellation & rescheduling

• —Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: full refund or free reschedule.
• —Cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance: 50% refund or one free reschedule.
• —Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: no refund.
• —We reserve the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

Conduct in the space

• —Treat the studio and its equipment with care.
• —No food or drink near the equipment or backdrops.
• —Smoking is not permitted inside the studio.
• —Noise levels should be considerate — we share the building with others.
• —Leave the space clean and tidy. Furniture and props should be returned to their original positions.

Equipment & liability

• —Renters are responsible for any damage to studio equipment, props, or the space caused during their session.
• —NekoNeko Studio is not liable for personal injury during the rental — use all equipment and rigging points at your own risk.
• —Rigging points may be used only with appropriate equipment and technique. If in doubt, ask before rigging.
• —We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the studio.
