This workshop explores how floorwork can become a complete and engaging rope experience through interaction between partners.
The focus will be on creating and guiding the flow of a session: reading your partner’s reactions, working with their physical and emotional state, changing rhythm and intensity, and using rope, movement, touch, and positioning to shape the experience.
Rather than treating ties as separate technical elements, the workshop looks at how they can become part of a playful, sensual, intense, or challenging dialogue between partners.
The aim is to develop more confidence in leading a session, responding to your partner, and turning simple floorwork into a meaningful shared experience.
Lexienawa discovered shibari at the end of 2022 and quickly fell deeply in love with ropes. Since 2023, she has been studying primarily with teachers focused on Naka-style tying, attending workshops and private classes with Docval, Lille Shibari Club, Hourai Kasumi, Riccardo Wildties, Andrea Kurogami, and Peter Soptik.
Her approach is pragmatic and play-oriented. She is interested not only in harness structures and suspension techniques, but also in how ropes can create spicy positions, build anticipation, intensify sensations, and turn a session into something hotter, smoother, and more engaging.
