Uplines are one of the most important elements in suspension-based rope. In this workshop, we will take a slow, accessible, and safety-focused approach to understanding how they work.
Together, we will look at the basic principles behind attaching, managing, adjusting, and releasing uplines. The goal of the class is not to rush into complex suspension, but to help students develop confidence, awareness, and technical clarity.
We will discuss safety, communication, body positioning, load distribution, and how small changes in rope direction can dramatically affect comfort and stability. This class is ideal for anyone who wants to start exploring suspension concepts in a responsible and structured way.
No previous suspension experience is required, but basic rope skills are recommended.
