We are starting yoga classes in our studio - a soft, attentive practice for people who want to feel more present in their body, improve mobility, release tension, and build a calmer connection with themselves.
The class is suitable for different levels, including beginners. The focus is not on perfect shapes or flexibility, but on breathing, awareness, gentle strength, and comfortable movement. It can be especially useful for people who practice shibari - both riggers and models - as it helps develop body awareness, relaxation, balance, and a better sense of limits.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring your yoga mat, and come as you are.
About host:
Dora Eksplora is a certified RYT 200 yoga instructor whose approach brings together yogic philosophy, meditation, mindfulness, and meaningful human connection. Her journey began with meditation and a deep interest in personal growth, philosophy, and psychology. Over time, yoga became more than just a practice for her - it became a way to better understand herself, the body, and the connection between inner and outer life.
In her classes, Dora creates a space where people can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and gently explore their own boundaries through movement and breath. Her teaching combines discipline, traditional values, and care for both physical and mental well-being, while staying open to a modern and adventurous approach to life. She has studied with Shiva Shakti School and Bihar School of Yoga, and her background includes traditional yoga, practical Vedanta, Vipassana meditation, Theravada Buddhist community studies, Reiki, and energy healing practices. Her classes are suitable for those who want not only physical practice, but also more calm, presence, balance, and self-awareness in their lives.
